A Place We Like, LEONE’s third book, is a guide to the most beautiful hotels in Europe. It celebrates places that leave a lasting impression not only for their beauty, but also for their ability to welcome guests and create a sense of belonging. Over the past few years, LEONE has traveled across Europe, meeting people who see hospitality as a personal mission. From hotels and private homes to retreats where design and culture intersect, each place reveals itself through materials, light, flavors, and the voices of those who inhabit it.

This photographic book, the first title within the Leisure pillar of C41 Magazine, brings together the most meaningful stops along that journey, forming a personal map of Europe shaped by authenticity, thoughtfulness, and care, and capturing the moment when a destination becomes a true place of leisure.

LEONE is an award-winning film director and photographer. He is the Creative Director and CEO of the production company and magazine C41. He graduated in Communication Sciences and now leads the Creative Direction course at POLIMODA in Florence. He has directed several short films and the feature film Sting Like a Bee. As a photographer, this publication marks his third book, following ‘What Would Beyoncé Do’ and ‘Friendly’.
