This plan allows you to be taken into consideration for a paper publication.

1. We accept completed projects only. Sometimes, we accept also ongoing projects with a minimum of ten relevant images. Some exceptions could be made, we’re not robots.

2. For photos, files must be sent in .jpg format without white frames, borders, or watermarks. Please use a maximum of 2000px on the long edge and 300dpi. We won’t consider PDFs or other formats. For videos, we accept full videos only. Files must be sent in .mp4 or .mov format with no watermarks and preferably in panoramic format. 1080p at least.

3. Please rename the .jpg files as follows: your-name-project-title-c41-submission-1 (2-3, etc.) .jpg. The sequential number at the end will suggest your preferred order of the photos.

4. Our photo editors will pick the best cover image suitable for us, independently of your submission order (which will be respected as much as possible anyway).

5. Please include an updated bio so we can discuss you and your photography in the best possible way. Also, remember to provide us with a rich and exhaustive abstract of your submitted work.
