Peter Kaaden is a German Photographer Born in Essen. After Moving to New York City in 2011 to Work for Ryan McGinley and Ruvan Wijesooriya, He is Now Working and Living in Berlin.
About ‘Naaked’:
In the photographs of Peter Kaaden it is not much the space left to the imagination. His images, strongly and deliberately explicit, depict different parts of the body with clear and erotic close-ups, sometimes a little revolting.
Nipples, lips, buttocks, legs, wombs, hands, eyes, breasts and arms are the only protagonists of shots that represent the most real nudity, without any censorship. Censorship that, although it may seem the opposite, is something that appreciates and conceives, but not in the modern means of artistic communication where a nipple can not be shown while any other kind of violence is allowed.
