KOILOS—derived from the ancient Greek word κοῖλος, meaning hollow, concave, or cavity—serves as the foundational concept for a fashion story photographed by Marcello Ferri and styled and art-directed by Mariia Khrebtova. Rooted in a minimal visual language, the project pivots away from loud, performative expressions of femininity, choosing instead to explore softness, silence, and sculptural form as a nuanced visual and emotional language.

The narrative treats the female form not as a mere figure, but as an architectural presence that interacts intimately with light, fabric, and surrounding space. Emptiness and negative space are given primary agency; the body functions almost like a sculpted object inhabiting an environment, creating a subtle yet palpable tension between presence and absence, fragility and structure.
