“Sandstrand” was initiated in Boca Do Rio, Portugal. A beach without any deck chairs and restaurants. Only sand framed by cliffs and the ocean. This place inspires a series that takes a closer look at shapes and shadows drawn from a life by the sea. A minimalistic exploration of the maritime atmosphere in places from the Algarve to Lisbon. It shows hidden aesthetics found in this setting at second and third glance.
