C41 joins the usual appointment with the e.Reporters—a project born in 2003 dedicated to design, architecture and visual arts students with a particular passion for photography and audio-visual content. The intent has always been to narrate the Fuorisalone through the eyes of a young and fresh community. Through partnerships with Milan’s most important design schools, over 180,000 shots have been produced to this day, which have become the event’s historical and collective archive.

This year the collaboration between Politecnico di Milano and Studiolabo is confirmed to offer students from the School of Design, the Faculty of Architecture and POLI.Design the opportunity to contribute to the collective story of the event. For this collaboration, C41 has launched its own “call to action” entitled Fuoriposto (out of place), which aims to highlight the frenetic atmosphere and the “out-of-place” elements of the city’s places and the crowds that pass through it during Design Week. Queues, crowds, dissonances (human and design), but also mistakes and glitches: all this can become the focus of this reportage experience, both as subject and language. These are the photos of this edition’s winners according to C41, while here you can find all the other photos.
