About The beekeeper – words by Alessio Keilty:

After few months locked down in the grey blocks of Milan, I decided to spend two days with Riccardo Grammatica, a beekeeper and the third generation of his family who worked for more than a century with the rational-beekeeping method in Gravedona.

I followed him during the process of collection and extraction of the honey, from his beehives hidden in a deep forest on the north side of Lake Como to the laboratory where he transforms the golden raw liquid into one of the sweetest thing I’ve ever tried.
