About ‘Sicilia Vera’ – words by Alberto Alicata:

In this project, the photographer directly represents the spirit and dynamics of summer in Sicily. The images included are all definable photos snapshots of moments of ordinary people during their days on the beach between bathing beaches and free beaches. The project aims to tell the reality of summer in Sicily by those who are Sicilian and grew up experiencing the same moments that are depicted.
